The MIGRARIA project defines a model-driven systematic and semi-automatic process to modernize legacy non-model-based data-driven Web Applications into RIAs.
The following slides, presented at MDWE 2012 Workshop, provide an overview of the project to contextualize the work presented.
During the last years we are
attending to the aparition of a lot of technologies redefining the way people
is accesing Web applications, such as, the ones related to Web 2.0, or RIA or,
more recently, the ones defined for Mobile devices.
That way companies are constantly
facing the effort of implementing new interfaces to their enterprise systems to
increase or at least to keep their market share.
This project goal aims to reduce these kind of modernizations, providing the means to keep and reuse the best practices.
