In reply to those who have asked for some extra time for the preparation of their proposals, abstracts for consideration for participation in the XVII SEDERI Conference can now be electronically submitted to sederi17@unex.es until February 18^th.

   The Conference Academic Committee will make a selection of papers and inform authors by e-mail of their acceptance or refusal by March 11^th, 2006.
